What I See

In this photo is see how slavery was still alive in Mississippi even though the slavery system had been ended. The old man seems to be in his 60's and is standing prominently in front of several of his laborers. The old mans foot is confidently set up on the bumper of the car as he's talking to a man barely in the picture. The workmen are waiting, in a submissive position, for orders from their boss which point to the racial and class differences of that time.
